Hi, I’m Anna, I'm the designer behind every creation you see. I founded Anna Lewis Cake Design in 2018 after a successful career in technology marketing no longer fulfilled me creatively and I sought more quality time with my young family. I live in Surrey with my husband, three children and our gorgeous Cockapoo Poppy.
Ever since I was little I remember whipping up all kinds of cakes and cookies in the kitchen with my mum, I loved playing with flavours and this is still very much the case now.
The past few years have provided me with a whirlwind of opportunities; training with world-renowned cake artists, wonderful weddings for fantastic couples, recommendations from amazing venues, wedding industry awards and dream collaborations with some of the best industry professionals. I am so proud of the business I have single-handedly created and I would love to now work with you too.

INSPIRATION
Too often wedding cake design is safe, it's pretty but it's underwhelming. My designs embrace the inspiration around me and attract style-led couples who wish to make an artistic statement with their cake.
Anna Lewis Cake Design was born from a love of art, architecture, fashion, ceramics, textures and nature and it is the foundation of all of my work.
I work closely with my clients to understand your passions, your loves and your influences to create a design proposal that will evolve into a unique piece of edible art for your special day.
When it comes to flavours, I only use the highest quality ingredients to ensure your cake looks as good as it tastes. I believe we all have an important role to play in our future so where possible I use organic, seasonal produce and ethically sourced sustainable products and practices.

Since opening my doors in 2018, I have had the honour of being published in more than 30 magazines, blogs and publications including Bridal Musings, Brides and Style Me Pretty as well as designing hundreds of wedding cakes, working in wonderful venues across London and the South East and forming cherished relationships with industry friends.
If you decide I'm the right fit for you then you'll realise very quickly how passionate I am about your cake. I'm not a faceless person from a large bakery you may not speak to again - every interaction will be with me. I'm 100% invested in your wedding which is why I only offer a limited number of weddings each month.

I’ve always heard that wedding cake never really gets eaten at weddings but ours all went! We had a tiny bit left over that we were able to enjoy for the next few days whilst we were staying in the Cotswolds and it remained so light and fluffy. Absolutely delicious!
