As a cake artist, I don't have a design preference for the finish of my cakes - I work with buttercream, sugarpaste and chocolate ganache.
I find it inhibitive to my designs to limit myself to one technique and I enjoy working with many mediums. For this reason however, some finishes are naturally better suited to a particular climate which is an important consideration for summer weddings.
I am unique in that I have a diverse skill-set - I equally enjoy creating a cake adorned with botanical sugarflowers and bas relief as much as creating a very contemporary and minimalist piece of modern cake art.
The design I create for you is ultimately dictated by you as a couple and your wedding aesthetic but my guarantee is that it will always be stylish, elegant and sophisticated.
