The flavour of your cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks which is why I'm so passionate about the flavours and ingredients I use.


My aim is to always produce interesting and delicious flavours for my clients and each cake is made fresh to order using only the best ingredients sourced from local suppliers where feasible. Main ingredients include:
  • High quality British butter 
  • Higher welfare free-range local eggs from Chapel Farm in Surrey
  • Sustainably sourced finest Belgian Chocolate by Callebaut
  • Luxury Swiss fondant icing
  • British flour and sugar 
  • Summer seasonal fruit from local Surrey farm Garsons
  • Ethically produced vanilla by Littlepod
  • Curds, caramels and pralines are all made exclusively in-house

Our cake tiers generally contain four layers of delicate sponge interspersed with three generous layers of filling. Each fondant, tall cake is at least 5 inches deep and coated in a fine layer of indulgent Belgian white chocolate ganache and then a thin layer of luxury Swiss fondant icing which allows me to create sharp, crisp edges.

All of my cakes, biscuits and sweet treats are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, milk and eggs are present. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that a product will be 100% free-from. We are able to make free-from cakes for clients with intolerances or for dietary preferences but we do not cater for clients or guests with allergies as our kitchen is not a certified allergy free work space.

Most cakes can be made with either traditional buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream which is slightly less sweet.

As well as a delicious, artistic cake you can also opt for additional extras such as a dessert bar to accompany your cake which could include artistic patisserie items such as a macaron tower, tarts or possets or popular items such as delicious brownies, donuts or cookies.
I also offer a wide variety of wedding favour options such as artisan lollipops, Belgian Chocolates, personalised biscuits and macaron boxes.

You may wish to taste some cake before booking your cake with me which is completely fine. Each month I offer postal cake taster boxes (excluding June/July/August) with a random selection of six flavours from my signature cake menu. The cost for the box is £45 (including P&P) and is available to order through my website shop.

Sample boxes aren't just for new wedding couples though, they make perfect birthday gifts, for new parents, anniversary gifts as a reminder of your wedding day or just to cheer yourself up.
